The great room is oriented toward the spectacular ocean view and the outdoor entertainment areas. The combination of covered and open air patios can accommodate 200 + guests. Outdoor Heaters, 11 Torches, firepit and 2 outdoor fireplaces create a special environment for evening entertaining. Other outdoor features include bocce ball courts, water fountain, playground, large bbq, colorfully landscaped grounds and up lighting on many of the oak trees that decorate the grounds.
The main vacation house is 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Guest house is 2 bed, 2 bath and the guest apartment is 1 bed 1 bath.
