   VACATION AND SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS
A.G. Davi is marketing homes for Special Event Rentals during the US Open 2010 Pebble Beach, AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, and Concours d’ Elegance.  We are also offering Vacation Rental and Estate Management services. These services are a natural extension of the Management and Real Estate services that we have provided for generations.
VACATION RENTAL SERVICES - This service is best for a second home or investment property. 

Print and online advertisements drive potential renters to our website where your home will be professionally marketed and potential tenants can check availability as well as make  a reservation.

A vacation rental team member will help guide you in preparing your home for vacation rental. This will include providing a template for a guide to your home, recommending supplies and how to organize your home to maximize rental income and the potential of a return visit. 

Our vacation rental team members are California Licensed Realtors®.  We recommend and discuss rental rates, advise on deposits, utility costs, telephone service, TV service, Internet, and decorations etc.   

An A. G. Davi team members will:

  • Advertise on multiple sites and publications to obtain maximum exposure.

  • Handle all telephone calls from prospective renters

  • Represent you to find the most appropriate match for your home & negotiate the best possible price & terms.

  • Screen applicants: including credit & references.

  • Prepare lease agreement, addendums & disclosures.

  • Collect and hold security deposits in a Real Estate trust acct

  • Provide a detailed accounting to owner on a monthly basis along with owners check.

  • Arrange for tenants check in and provide convenient after hours check in/out

  • Arrange minor/emergency repairs and maintenance

  • Arrange cleaning before, after and during rental

  • Restock basic necessities

  • Inspect property before and after rental, make any necessary deposit reductions and return balance to tenant

  • Confirm inventory after each tenant leaves.

Follow up contact with your tenant asking for information about ways to improve the rental experience as well as electronic and mail marketing to encourage a return visit.

Represent you to find the most appropriate match for your home and help negotiate the best possible price and terms Screening applicants: includes credit and references. Prepare lease agreement and disclosures. Obtain signatures on the appropriate documents. Once the Lease agreement is executed and deposits collected we step aside and you are able to complete your rental.

A.G. Davi will market your property and locate a tenant to rent your home for the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, Concours d’ Elegance and other major events.  If you would like we can also market your property for parties and private dinners.
