 How and where do I pay my rent?

 Rent can be paid several ways ...

  • you can mail it to PO Box 2350,Suite D,  Monterey CA 93942

  • you can drop it in our mail slot, come by the office 484 Washington St, Suite D,  Monterey, CA

  • or set it up online via your bank.

How do I make a maintenance request?

  • During business hours 8-5 you can call the office at 831-373-2222.

  • You can also click on our website on our "Maintenance Request" button and fill out all sections.

  • For after-hours/weekends please call 866-207-5247 for emergencies, this is defined by issues that will cause immediate harm to the property or to your family or others.

How do I give my notice to vacate?

If you are not breaking your lease, we require a 30 day notice.

Please stop by the office and fill out a notice to vacate form and we will be happy to explain the proper vacate notice and go over any questions you may have.

How do I apply for an available unit?

Once you have seen the inside of an available unit

  • everyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the unit MUST fill out an Application.

  • Provide Proof of Income

  • and pay a $30 Application Fee.
